Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. Availability is limited. Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and equipment rules are governed by our Rental Agreement.

We make every effort to display products accurately. Retro camcorders are late-2010s Full HD models and vintage Y2K digital cameras are from the 2000s; both may show wear and tear. Retro onboard microphones are era-typical and may hum or pick up ambient noise. We do not guarantee that rental equipment is free of cosmetic marks, free of audible hum, or equivalent to modern studio audio.

We may limit sales of products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case by case basis. We may limit quantities of any products or services we offer. Descriptions and pricing may change at any time without notice. We may discontinue any product at any time. Any offer made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

6. Accuracy of billing and account information

We reserve the right to refuse any order or booking request you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. Restrictions may include orders placed under the same customer account, the same payment method, or the same billing or shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we may notify you using the email or contact details you provided.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and contact information for all bookings. You agree to promptly update your information so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.

7. Optional tools

We may provide access to third party tools over which we neither monitor nor have control.

You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools as is and as available, without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without endorsement. We shall have no liability arising from your use of optional third party tools.
