Pink Digital Ave ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use pinkdigitalave.com or complete a rental purchase.
Information we collect
When you start a booking on our website, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number (optional), preferred event date, event type, package and add-on selections, camera preferences, rental period, and any notes you add.
When you complete checkout on Shopify, payment details, shipping address, and order information are collected and processed by Shopify. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
How we use your information
We use your information to confirm availability, process payments, ship rental equipment, return your footage, respond to support requests, and comply with our rental agreement.
Payment, orders, and shipping
Payments, orders, shipping addresses, fulfillment, and tracking notifications are processed by Shopify Inc. Shopify’s privacy policy applies to data they handle. Booking calendar availability may be managed through a Shopify booking app (such as BookThatApp) installed on our store.
Order confirmation, shipping, and related transactional emails for paid rentals are sent by Shopify (and any booking apps you interact with during checkout). For custom quote requests only, we may email you through Resend or a comparable provider, or from hello@pinkdigitalave.com.
Analytics
If Google Analytics is enabled on our site, it may collect aggregated usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location. We use this to understand how the site is used.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the business (for example Shopify for commerce and optional email providers for custom quotes), when required by law, or to protect our rights.
Retention
Order records are retained in Shopify as needed to fulfill rentals, handle disputes, and meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You may contact us to ask questions about your data or request correction of inaccurate contact details. Some information may be required to complete an active rental.
